Description

Pamukkale, the largest district of Denizli in terms of population; since ancient times it has been the center of very important cultures, is a famous settlement for its healing hot springs. Pamukkale, famous for its thermal water travertine containing calcium oxide, is one of the few natural areas in the world. If you want to see these natural beauties and medicinal baths and the most perfect water travertine, we recommend you join Ephesus and Pamukkale Tour from Bodrum.

If you join the Ephesus and Pamukkale Tour from Bodrum, you can explore all these places that we have mentioned. Also, here you can visit the thermal waters and have the opportunity to use the healing hot springs. Many tourists visit this region famous for its spas to heal body and soul.

Around 07:00 am we pick up our passengers at the hotel or at the given address. After about 1.5 hours, we will visit the ancient city of Ephesus, an important port of antiquity, accompanied by our professional guide. Together with our guests we visit the house that is considered a holy place by all religions and where the Virgin Mary lives (extra).

There are many dramatic travertine terraces around the world, from China to Iran, from the US to Afghanistan. But nowhere else in the world are there scenic travertine formations capped with hot springs built on limestone over thousands of years. It is said that these hot springs heal heart, arterial stiffness, blood pressure, rheumatism, skin, eyes, rickets, paralysis, nervous and samar diseases.

After breakfast at the hotel we drive to Pamukkale. With our professional guide we will visit the ancient city of Hierapolis, originally founded as a Hellenistic city and later taking on the appearance of a typical Roman city, the Pamukkale Travertines declared World Heritage by UNESCO, and the thermal baths where Cleopatra, the last Hellenistic queen of Ancient Egypt, said to swim (extra). After approximately 3 hours time in Pamukkale, we will meet and go to our restaurant to pick up the buffet lunch. After lunch we go down to the basement for an approximately 4 hour drive back. Day trips to Ephesus and Pamukkale are combined with overnight stay in Pamukkale.
