Description

Our Cleopatra island boat tour is a day trip to the Bay of Gökova. In addition to ancient ruins, the island of Cleopatra has many small coves and stunning views. You can enjoy the best of swimming in the remote coves of this protected national area without major harbours. Farms in the countryside, pine forests and the perfect sandy beaches of Gökova Bay. It is a 30-minute drive through these sights. During this drive, the tour will take you to Marmaris or Armutalan. Right after, you will be able to sail for 50 minutes in one of the traditional Turkish wooden boats just before reaching our first stop, Cleopatra Island.

Our Cleopatra Island boat tour travels from Marmaris to Cleopatra Island every day from May to October. When we arrive at our next stop, Cleopatra Island, we will have a 3-hour break in this area. We are having a barbecue lunch here. When we arrive at Cleopatra Island, you can sunbathe, swim, have fun or relax comfortably. The unique sand of this island is not found anywhere else in the world. The white sands of this beach are so bright that it has been included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.

The Turkish government has protected the sands of Cleopatra Beach. So when you leave here, you can't even take a handful of sand with you. Even laying towels on the sand is prohibited. In addition, you can get the chance to see the Roman amphitheater, ancient ruins of the city walls and temples on this island. On this full-day Cleopatra Island boat tour, you will be able to witness the island's unspoiled location and unique natural beauty. According to local legends; It is said that Antonius gave this island to Cleopatra as a sign of devotion. The fact that the island is a sandless island was despised by Cleopatra. As a result, Antonius borrowed sand from Egypt to make Cleopatra happy. The legend goes like this.

Cedrae Ancient City: All the ruins of this ancient city on the western part of the island are believed to date back to Roman times. Many of these remains have survived and await discovery.

Çamlı Village: It is located about 3 kilometers from Çamlık Pier. This region is considered to be the first settlement of the Karia region. This region is famous for its clean air and the beauty of its landscape.

Boncuk Bay: It is about 9 kilometers from Çamlık village. The area between Boncuk Bay and Karaburun is known as a breeding ground for sharks

Our tour takes approximately 7 hours and 45 minutes. During this journey, you can relax on our boat and enjoy swimming in the clear waters of Marmaris. When we arrived on the island of Cleopatra; You can feel the beauty of the beach, the sands glowing pink under the sun and the crystal blue waters.
